Begin your journey to become an Elite Software Delivery Powerhouse.
Companies leveraging the cloud are already ahead of the curve. But simply being on the cloud isn’t the ultimate goal.
The ultimate goal is to improve your software delivery performance to become an Elite DevOps performer.

Who is the DevOps Elite?
The DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA) measures DevOps performance and classifies software development teams into four categories: Elite, High, Medium, and Low. Each category represents a different level of software delivery performance, quantified through four key metrics: Deployment Frequency, Lead time for Changes, Time to Restore Service & Change Failure Rate
What sets apart the DevOps Elite from the rest is their ability to efficiently leverage core cloud capabilities and consistently outperform the competition. And now we’re bringing over 12 years of expertise to you with a one-on-one two-part workshop where D3V’s cloud consultants and engineers explore the world of DevOps and identify the solutions & tech you can deploy on the GCP to optimize your cloud workflows.

About the workshops
Development/Operations or DevOps is in many ways the next iteration of agile software development. But unlike its predecessor, it goes far beyond just software development and into the realm of administration and corporate culture. In other words, there’s a lot to talk about. We could cram it all into a one-day crash course but we want it to be an enjoyable and two-way learning experience for everyone involved. So the workshop is split into two sessions.
First session
- Company Introduction
- Overview of Company Challenges and Goals
- Break down of the DevOps methodology
- Where to go (setting SMART goals)
- How to get there (identifying potential solutions)
Second session
- Detailed analysis of cloud solutions
- Cost breakdown
- Understanding who you need (workforce and workload analysis)
- Creating a cloud roadmap for your business
- Final Q&A and additional resources
