We are seeking a passionate and talented Associate WordPress Developer to join our growing team. You will work alongside experienced developers and designers to build and maintain high-quality, custom WordPress websites and plugins. You will be involved in all aspects of the development process, from initial concept and design to implementation and launch.

Responsibilities
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- 0 to 2 years of experience as a WordPress developer
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
- Strong Database Management knowledge
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Should be able to tweak marketplace modules to meet requirements
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for WordPress and a desire to learn new things.
- Bonus points if you have experience working with Google Cloud, Caching Technologies, Popular WordPress plugins, Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js
Requirements
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Develop and implement new features and functionality – expand website capabilities and create seamless user experiences.
- Design and build custom themes and plugins – craft unique visual designs and tailor functionality to specific requirements.
- Integrate third-party plugins and services – seamlessly connect external tools and platforms for enhanced functionality.
- Transform PSD or Sketch Designs into WordPress Themes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications in production.
- Optimize website performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends and technologies.
