Steve Sangapu

Founder and CEO

Steve Sangapu, Founder and CEO of D3V, has been working in software since 2000, specializing in migrating and modernizing applications and building data pipelines to manage vast data sets. With seven patents and certifications from Carnegie Mellon and Google Cloud, Steve leads globally distributed teams to build high-performance systems. At D3V, a Google Cloud partner, he focuses on helping startups and SMBs leverage the cloud for innovation in areas like DevOps, AI/ML, and data analytics.

David Novosad

COO and President

David Novosad is a data-driven finance and operations executive with over 20 years of experience in high-growth SaaS and technology companies. Recognized for his expertise in scaling businesses and leading complex turnarounds, David has held key leadership roles at Verisign, UltraDNS, and Teneros. More recently, he has served as CFO and COO for early-stage ventures in sports tech, assistive technology, cybersecurity, and AI. His approach centers on transparency, building investor confidence, and driving operational efficiency.

Ray Stephens

Sr. Executive, Business Development

Ray is a senior executive with expertise in scaling Marketing teams, partnering with Sales, and supporting C-Suite execs. He has held leadership roles at Verisign, Neustar, Sinch, and Ascensus, and has provided strategic consulting to telecom companies with Booz Allen Hamilton and other advisory firms.

Gopi Mishra

Director of Operations

Gopi is a dynamic Software Engineer Lead with a deep passion for Cloud, Data, and Operations Research. Leveraging his extensive expertise in these fields, he drives innovation and optimizes operations to solve complex challenges. Gopi has a proven track record of delivering successful projects that fuel organizational growth through technology-driven solutions.
